On President St, Near 8th Ave

This new tree was planted within the past few years and this dog owner let is dog climb over the fence to poop.

The thing is that the people who live in the coop that is next to this tree get down on their hands and knees and planted the little shrubs.  They also regularly maintain the tree pit with mulish.

The owner of the dog who left their crap there probably lives on the same block.
