A perfect place to leave your dog's shit, NOT!
Some pet owner had to let their dog climb over this fence to leave this dump.
Could it be any clearer that this in an inappropriate place to do that?
The curb is about a foot away.
The sign is about 2 feet away.
The tree pit itself is clearly maintained by the residents of the closest home
In the Spring people are going to put their hands in this soil to plant new flowers.
