Over on First Street someone is getting tired of a lazy dog owner.

Some pet owner had to let their dog climb over this fence to leave this dump.

Could it be any clearer that this in an inappropriate place to do that?

1st Street Between 8th and PPW

It has been recently reported here and here that other residents of Poop Slope are tired of their neighbors leaving their dogs poop all over their sidewalks.

I took a walk over to First Street.and made a poop-collage. I really doubt that anyone walks over to this block to walk their dog, so it must be a resident of 1st Street between 8th and PPW who is leaving their dog's poop on the sidewalk.
